Grant brings over 20 years of engineering and construction experience, having led large-scale renovation projects and operated a successful design firm back home. With sleeves rolled up and a deep respect for quality, he laid the foundation of this new chapter in New York.
Jace, a tech-savvy teen with a sharp eye for systems and design, stepped in not just as a learner—but as a co-founder. He manages backend tools, digital workflows, and represents the company’s evolving future.
